4 TMCA chart-based navigation information

Files here show TMCA cruising destinations and navigation information using actual nautical charts. (Other non-chart destination and nav info can be found under the Cruising/Destinations tab on the homepage, or by clicking on: http://tmca.nu/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&id=28:destinations&layout=blog&Itemid=50&layout=default ) At the moment only three destinations are covered (Smith Point, Double Bayou, and Laguna Harbor), but more should be added soon.
